At SundayHouse, each item is made to order with love, intentionality, and care. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time.

We encourage you to double-check your order — including size, color, design, and shipping details — before completing your purchase, as all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues, we absolutely want to make it right if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please email us at contact@sundayhouseapparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item (and packaging, if damaged)

We will evaluate the situation and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Because all of our items are printed on demand — created specifically for you when your order is placed — we are unable to restock or resell returned items. This model allows us to reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and stay true to our mission of intentional, faith-inspired living.
